We Have Offset Printing Services
Providing High-Quality, Color Exact Press Options for Large Print Runs.
We Are Offset Printing Experts
If you’re unfamiliar with offset printing, it is the process of using metal plates to transfer (or offset) an image or text onto a rubber roller. This process is called direct-to-plate or computer-to-plate offset printing. The image or text is then rolled onto a sheet of paper, keeping the non-printed area clean from ink. During offset printing, the paper (or print media) does not come in contact with the metal plates, which means you will get a clear, sharp image on every printed piece.
Offset printing is an efficient printing process and is more cost-effective than digital printing for large quantities (typically quantities of over 1,000 for most products, and over 500 for envelopes). Offset printing lets us run thousands of pages in one printing. Since the price per piece is lower as you print more, this printing process makes larger runs more affordable.
An added benefit of offset printing is that the process allows us to print with Pantone and PMS colors rather than simulating them with CMYK colors, as is done with digital printing. This means you get the most reliable color matching. Other advantages of offset printing are the ability to print on heavier papers and other mediums, which is not possible with digital printing.

We Have the Industry Leading Offset Presses
At Stolze Printing Company, we use German, state-of-the-art Heidelberg presses known across the industry for their quality. These presses can print up to 18,000 pages per hour and allow us to print up to ten colors with coating options.

Because color is crucial when printing, our presses are fully automated and calibrated using the latest GRACol 7 standards for print quality and consistency. This commitment to print excellence means that you can trust that your colors will print as intended on every piece.
